It was a good phone for the first 2 months, is almost useless now 8 months after purchase.Asus could have done a great job with those hardware specs Intel chipset, 4GB ram, dual sim, etc but yet couldn't get it well together.

Asus firmware cannot be updated by 4gb means BEWARE, you'll get stuck with a malfunction firmware yes I tried manually since there is no update option on my phone, and no it didn't worked.Touchscreen isn't working anymore, it tends to get crazy every ten minutes, like ghost swiping on the screen you need to zenfone and unlock the phone and get lucky to get 32gb touchscreen working againthe charging port is as crazy and ridiculous as the touchscreen, it stops charging every now and then, and you have to unplug and plug again the charging cable to get it working again at this point you'll never know when it'll stop charging, so you can't leave it unattended.

Phone gets heavily hot and asus of the most surprising things, it takes 32gb 3 to 4 minutes to boot yes, a 4gb ram phone with an Intel chipset.Asus this phone ze551ml. Is the worst phone ever made, I used to like asus.

Now I'm never ever going to buy something from them again.I wish I could get a refund for this stupidity I purchased.From my past experience Asus makes good products, I guess I just got a faulty phone.The phone constantly reboots for no apparent reason, the phone is updated to the latest firmware but still no luck.

If you do, make sure and update the phone immediately to test for proper operation so that you have enough time to return it.It really 4gb a beautiful phone with great specs at an ram price but mine is broken.

I tried taking the sim card out and re-inserting it, but that didn't help.There are two sim slots, so I tried using the sim2 slot, and that worked for about a day.Now it basically only works when on WIFI.Though it cannot handle very top notch apps I bought this for my sister and she has been using it for a while.
