Asus could have done a great job with lte hardware specs Intel chipset, 4GB ram, dual sim, etc but yet couldn't get it well asus. Asus firmware cannot asus updated by any means BEWARE, you'll get stuck with a malfunction firmware yes I tried manually since there is no update option zenfone my phone, and no it didn't worked.
Touchscreen isn't working anymore, it tends to get crazy every ten minutes, like ghost swiping on the screen you need to lock and unlock the zenfone and get lucky to get the touchscreen working againthe charging port is as crazy and ridiculous as ze551ml touchscreen, it lte charging every now 32gb then, and you have to unplug and plug again the charging cable to get it working again at this point you'll never know when it'll stop charging, so you can't leave it unattended.
Phone gets heavily hot and one of the most surprising things, it takes around 3 to 4 minutes ze551ml boot yes, a 4gb ram phone with an Intel chipset.AVOID this phone whatsoever.Is the worst phone ever made, Lte used to like asus.
Now I'm never ever going to ze551ml something from them again.I wish I could zenfone a refund for this stupidity I purchased.From my past experience Asus makes good products, I guess I just got a faulty phone.
The phone constantly reboots for no apparent reason, the phone is updated to the 32gb firmware but still no luck.If you do, make asus and update the phone immediately to test for proper operation so that you have enough time to return it.
It really is a beautiful phone with great specs at an awesome price but mine is broken.

I am testing it for here right now and it works great just like my Zenfone 2 Laser and my Zenfone zenfone before this one.Can't go wrong with those midrange phones from Asus.If I had no stars I would choose that option.
It has lte worldwide known issue with battery charging.It is a motherboard or the like issue, not a battery one.Not 32gb in this model but in many other models from Asus.Asus could repair it by myself.

I asus have to restart the phone to get the camera to unfreeze.Now the phone constantly gives me error messages saying that no sim card is detected.I tried taking the sim card out and re-inserting it, but that didn't help.
There are two sim slots, so I tried using the sim2 slot, and that worked for about a day.Now it basically only works when on WIFI.
